    Hey don’t forget our BRAND. We are the only local roaster….not sure if you knew that :-)

    I think “roaster” instead of “brand” might be more appropriate terminology.

    That being said, these are four of the most ethical and artful roasters in my book.

    -Counter Culture Coffee in Durham, NC
    -Higher Ground Roasters in Leeds, AL
    -Primavera Coffee Roasters in Birmingham, AL
    -Intelligentsia Chicago, IL

    The Gnu’s Room carries and brews Primavera. Kroger and Dayspring carry Higher Ground.
